Manager of Algeria’s Es Setif footbal team said Monday his players
can face the Confederation of African Football (CAF) with no fears.
"Given the huge sums we
spent to select the best players, we must win titles. Otherwise, why has all
that money been spent,” Abdelhakim Serrar told Maracana sport weekly
newspaper.
“We have the right to
look forward compete with the ever biggest African clubs along with the African
Championship with no complex,” he said.
ES Setif won their second
consecutive Arab Champions League title in 2008, with a 1-0 victory over
Morocco's Wydad Casablanca.
